Ingredients
- 1 - carrot chopped
- 2 stalks cerlery chopped
- 1/2 - onion chopped
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 box chicken stuffing
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 1/3 cup french fried onion
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups cooked chopped chicken
How To Make chicken stuffing

Step 1Saute carrot, celery and onion in butter until tender.

Step 2In a 9 quart casserole dish, mix box stuffing, cooked chicken, sour cream, chicken broth, chicken soup, fried onions and saute veggies. Mixture should be moist, if needed add more chicken broth.

Step 3Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top. I make it with out cheese on top also, good either way.

Step 4Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes.
