- - 3 lbs. boneless chicken breast
- - 9 oz. box of frozen creamed spinach - thawed
- - 2 cloves garlic
- - ¼ cup grated romano or parmesan cheese
- - 3 tablespoons olive oil
- - vegetable oil for frying
- - your favorite toppings
- - your favorite bread
How To Make chicken - spinach patties

Step 1Cube the chicken breast to prepare for the food processor. Combine the cubed chicken, creamed spinach, olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese and the olive oil in the food processor and process. Form into patties. Heat a large frying pan with a drizzle of vegetable oil and place the patties in the pan. When the patties firm and become golden on one side flip and finish cooking. The cooking time will depend on the thickness of the patties. Serve with your favorite garnish and bread.
