Ingredients
- 3 medium chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
- 1 bag frozen peas
- 1 bag frozen carrots
- 1 cup milk
- 28 ounces cream of chicken soup
- dash salt
- dash pepper
- dash cajun seasoning
How To Make chicken rotini skillet casserole

Step 1Cook rotini noodles and set to the side

Step 2brown chicken on both sides then cube and set aside

Step 3add frozen carrots and frozen peas to a large skillet

Step 4add chicken cubes to veggies

Step 5add soup and milk to skillet and let simmer for 20 mins. or until veggies are at desired texture.

Step 6add the rotini noodles and simmer another 10-20 mins.

Step 7If dish is too thick add milk by 1/4 cup. Variations: Add 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese Add 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese Add small bag of frozen broccoli Use egg noodles
