Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cup minute brown rice
- 1/2 medium mccormick perfect pinch all purpose seasoning
- 1 can chicken broth
- 6 - chicken tenderloins
- 4 slices swiss cheese
- 1 can condenced cream of chicken soup
How To Make chicken & rice

Step 1Preheat the oven to 350. Mix rice and half a can of chicken broth together in 8x8" dish.

Step 2Lay the chicken tenderloins on top of the rice and sprinkle chicken with seasoning. Lay Swiss cheese on chicken.

Step 3Mix Cream of Chicken soup with the remaining half can of chicken broth and pour it over the chicken, cheese and rice.

Step 4Cover tightly with foil and bake for 45 minutes at 350. Uncover and let it stay in the oven for 10 minutes longer.
