Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cup minute brown rice
  • 1/2 medium mccormick perfect pinch all purpose seasoning
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 6 - chicken tenderloins
  • 4 slices swiss cheese
  • 1 can condenced cream of chicken soup

How To Make chicken & rice

  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 350. Mix rice and half a can of chicken broth together in 8x8" dish.
  • Step 2
    Lay the chicken tenderloins on top of the rice and sprinkle chicken with seasoning. Lay Swiss cheese on chicken.
  • Step 3
    Mix Cream of Chicken soup with the remaining half can of chicken broth and pour it over the chicken, cheese and rice.
  • Step 4
    Cover tightly with foil and bake for 45 minutes at 350. Uncover and let it stay in the oven for 10 minutes longer.
