1-1/2 cminute brown rice
1/2 mediummccormick perfect pinch all purpose seasoning
1 can(s)chicken broth
4 sliceswiss cheese
1 can(s)condenced cream of chicken soup
How to Make CHICKEN & RICE
- Preheat the oven to 350. Mix rice and half a can of chicken broth together in 8x8" dish.
- Lay the chicken tenderloins on top of the rice and sprinkle chicken with seasoning. Lay Swiss cheese on chicken.
- Mix Cream of Chicken soup with the remaining half can of chicken broth and pour it over the chicken, cheese and rice.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake for 45 minutes at 350. Uncover and let it stay in the oven for 10 minutes longer.
