Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    condensed cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 c
    water
  • 2 medium
    green onions, sliced
  • 1 bag(s)
    frozen mixed veggies
  • 1 1/2 c
    cooked cut up chicken
  • 2 c
    cooked minute rice
  • 1/2 c
    french fried onions

How to Make Chicken/Rice Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook Minute rice. Set aside.
  2. In 2 qt. casserole, mix soup, water, green onions, vegetables, chicken and rice.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until hot.
  4. Stir casserole. Sprinkle french fried onions over mixture. Bake 5 minutes more or until onions are golden
