Ingredients
- 1 can condensed cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 medium green onions, sliced
- 1 bag frozen mixed veggies
- 1 1/2 cups cooked cut up chicken
- 2 cups cooked minute rice
- 1/2 cup french fried onions
How To Make chicken/rice casserole

Step 1Cook Minute rice. Set aside.

Step 2In 2 qt. casserole, mix soup, water, green onions, vegetables, chicken and rice.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until hot.

Step 4Stir casserole. Sprinkle french fried onions over mixture. Bake 5 minutes more or until onions are golden
