Ingredients

  • FILLING
  • 2 cups chopped chicken
  • 1 cup drained pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup miracle whip
  • FOR THE CRUST
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/8 tablespoons salt
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

How To Make chicken pineapple pie

  • Step 1
    FILLING: Mix ingredients and refrigerate while preparing crust.
  • Step 2
    FOR THE CRUST: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Mix flour and salt with oil and milk. Slowly stir while adding cheese and paprika.
  • Step 3
    Form into a ball and press into pie pan. bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool completely.
  • Step 4
    Fill crust with chicken mixture and top with additional grated cheese. Serve cold.
