Serves 6 to 8
Ingredients
- FILLING
- 2 cups chopped chicken
- 1 cup drained pineapple chunks
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup miracle whip
- FOR THE CRUST
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/8 tablespoons salt
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
How To Make chicken pineapple pie

Step 1FILLING: Mix ingredients and refrigerate while preparing crust.

Step 2FOR THE CRUST: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Mix flour and salt with oil and milk. Slowly stir while adding cheese and paprika.

Step 3Form into a ball and press into pie pan. bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool completely.

Step 4Fill crust with chicken mixture and top with additional grated cheese. Serve cold.
