I love these with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and a mixture of miracle whip and ketchup. Really tasty sandwiches.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 4 ounces fresh mushrooms minced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 3 - green onions minced
- 1 teaspoon each salt, and ground marjoram
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons oil for frying
How To Make chicken patties

Step 1Place 1 tbsp. oil in skillet and saute onions, garlic, and mushrooms until tender.

Step 2Place remaining ingredients except oil in large bowl. Add the sautéed veggies. Mix well and shape into patties.

Step 3Fry in the other 2 tbsp. olive oil. Serve on buns with favorite toppings.
