Ingredients
- 1 1/4 pounds ground chicken
- 1/2 cup dried breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1 - egg
- tablespoon zest of one half lemon
- - salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
How To Make chicken parmesan meatballs

Step 1Mix it all, except the olive oil. Form into meatballs, any size you want. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil and bake at 400 until they are browned and done in the middle.

Step 2Very good with buttered noodles. Or with spaghetti. They freeze well, place on parchment lined baking sheet to freeze in one layer then after frozen put in zip lock bag.
