Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion chopped
- 4 tablespoons garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons sweet paprika
- 2 tablespoons better than bouillon chicken
- 1 - whole chicken cut up
- - enough water to cover chicken
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 3 teaspoons seasoning salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons dried cilantro
How To Make chicken paprikash

Step 1Place oil in large stock pot. Add onion and saute until translucent. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Take off heat and add paprika. Place chicken pieces in pot with seasoning salt. Cover with just enough water to cover chicken. Bring to a boil and simmer for 25 minutes.

Step 2While chicken is simmering mix the sour cream, water, and flour together until smooth. Set aside.

Step 3Mix eggs, water , flour and salt together. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. drop dough by spoonfulls into boiling water. cook until they raise to the top and then remove with slotted spoon.

Step 4Remove chicken from pot. Stir in sour cream mixture. Place on stove to simmer. Debone chicken and add back to pot. Serve over dumplings. Top with dried cilantro.
