Ingredients
- 7 ounces thin spaghetti noodles
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup whipping cream or milnot
- 2 tablespoons cooking sherry
- 2 cups cubed chicken or turkey
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make chicken or turkey tetrozzini

Step 1Boil Spaghetti noodles and drain.

Step 2Melt Butter and blend in flour and seasonings until smooth add chicken broth and cream. Boil 1 minute stirring constantly. Add Sherry, Turkey and mushroom.

Step 3Pour everything into a casserole dish top with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
