Ingredients
- 4 - boneless chicken breast, cut size for nuggets
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon black pepper (optional)
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup pickle juice
- 2 tablespoons milk
- - oil for deep frying
- JAN SAUCE
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 8 dashes tobasco (or more to taste) i like more!
How To Make chicken nuggets and jan sauce

Step 1Cut chicken up in nuggets size portions. Let the nuggets marinate in the pickle juice mixture for 20-30 minutes.

Step 2Beat egg, milk and pickle juice together in a medium size bowl.

Step 3On a large plate toss together flour, garlic salt, and black pepper.

Step 4Coat marinated chicken in the flour mixture until covered and fry until brown.

Step 5JAN SAUCE: Combine all ingredients until smooth.
