Ingredients
- 2 packages ramen noodles
- 1 package chicken flavoring (from ramen )
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 3/4 cup sesame oil
- 1 can broccoli florets
- 1 medium carrot, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup mushroom slices
- 2 - chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained
- 2 tablespoons bell pepper, diced
- 2 - green onions, sliced small
- 1 small yellow squash, diced
How To Make chicken lo mein

Step 1Cook noodles according to directions and drain. Heat oil in large skillet or wok.

Step 2Add carrot, broccoli and bell pepper. Stir-Fry 2 to 3 minutes.

Step 3Add remaining vegetables. Stir-fry an additional 2 minutes.

Step 4Add chicken, seasonings and flavor packet from Ramen. Mix well.

Step 5Add soy sauce. Heat through.

Step 6Add noodles and toss to coat. Be sure noodles and veggies are mixed well.

Step 7**You might want to break the noodles in half for easier mixing.
