Ingredients
- 6 to 7 ounces spaghetti (such as penne, rotini or bowties)
- 2 - boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 1 can hunts herb & garlic pasta sauce
- 1/8 cup rosé wine (or water)
- 1/2 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 small green bell pepper, seeded thinly sliced
- 1 can (small) mushrooms (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Step 1COOK SPAGHETTI: Place uncooked spaghetti in microwave safe dish, add 1 cup water, cover with paper towel. Ccook on full power for 5-6 minutes until spaghetti is al dente. Remove from microwave Set aside

Step 2Shake flour into an oven cooking bag. Add the chicken and turn the bag gently to coat the chicken. Add pasta sauce, onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, salt and pepper, and wine into bag Again, turn bag gently to mix all ingredients.

Step 3Close the bag with the nylon tie provided Place the bag in a microwave safe dish and cut 6 slits in the top

Step 4Microwave on full power for 15 minutes. Remove from microwave. Pour cooked spaghetti into lightly greased microsafe cookiing dish. Pour chicken mixture over spaghetti. Cover with waxed paper and return to microwave to cook on full power for 3 more minutes Remove from microwave and let stand for 3 minutes before serving
