very good and easy, fast to prepare. just make sure your rice has been cooked a day or 2 ahead so it is dry enough.

Ingredients

  • - 3 cups rice, prepared
  • - 1 cup peas & carrots, frozen
  • - 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked
  • - 1 c onion, chopped
  • - 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • - about 1 inch of ginger root, grated
  • - 2 eggs, whipped
  • - 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • - 1/4 cup soy sauce or to taste
  • - 2 tbl chinese style sweet chili sauce

How To Make chicken fried rice

  • Step 1
    Heat sesame oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Add onion, garlic, grated ginger, peas, and carrots.Stir fry until tender.Stir eggs into pan and scramble, mixing throughout vegetables.Add rice, chicken, chili sauce and soy sauce to pan.
