This fried rice tastes just as good as the take out carton but I like this better because I know what ingredients are going into my food.

  • 1 pound boneless chicken, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 2 - carrots, diced
  • 1/2 large onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas, defrosted
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 2 - eggs, beaten
