- 1 pound boneless chicken, cut into bite sized pieces
- 2 - carrots, diced
- 1/2 large onion, diced
- 1/2 cup frozen peas, defrosted
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon oyster sauce
- 2 - eggs, beaten
