Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 small sliced onion
  • 1 - bell pepper sliced
  • 1 can chicken gravy
  • 1 cup mexican chesse blend
  • 2 packages velveeta quaso blanco
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 8 - flour tortillas

How To Make chicken fajita casserole

  • Step 1
    Boil chicken with peppers and onions. Once chicken is tender remove it and the peppers and onions from the broth.
  • Step 2
    Shred the chicken. Mix all the other ingredients with one cup broth. Bring to a boil and add in the peppers, onions, and chicken. Once heated, roll mixture into 8 flour tortilla shells. Cover with any remaining sauce. Bake until heated through and bubbly.
