Ingredients

  • 2 c
    shredded chicken
  • 1 small
    sliced onion
  • 1
    bell pepper sliced
  • 1 can(s)
    chicken gravy
  • 1 c
    mexican chesse blend
  • 2 pkg
    velveeta quaso blanco
  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 8
    flour tortillas

How to Make Chicken Fajita Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Boil chicken with peppers and onions. Once chicken is tender remove it and the peppers and onions from the broth.
  2. Shred the chicken. Mix all the other ingredients with one cup broth. Bring to a boil and add in the peppers, onions, and chicken. Once heated, roll mixture into 8 flour tortilla shells. Cover with any remaining sauce. Bake until heated through and bubbly.
