this is my son fav thing to eat he loves it.

Ingredients

  • 6 - chicken breast
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 can rotel dip
  • 1 box cream cheese
  • 1 ounce 8oz. sour cream
  • 1 large velveeta cheese
  • - flour tortillas shells as many and you think you will need
  • 1 can mexican style corn

How To Make chicken enchiladas

  • Step 1
    wash chicken then put it in a pan to boil. then open all the can food then put it in a pan. then add the cream cheese and sour cream.
  • Step 2
    (NOTE) on the chicken broth only use 3/4cup. and after then chicken gets done and let it cool so you can touch it an tare it up then put it in the mixture and then put it in the shells and roll them up and then mix that is left over top of shells. and bake at 350 until hot...
