cubed cooked chicken
28 oz
enchilada sauce
1 1/4 c
sour cream

corn tortillas (6 inch) cut into 1 1/2 " pieces
4 c
monterey jack cheese

How to Make Chicken Enchilada Bake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cook chicken or buy a cooked rotisserie chicken
  • 2In a greased 13" x 9" baking dish , layer half of the chicken, enchilada sauce, sour cream, tortillas and cheese.
  • 3Repeat layers.
  • 4Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes or longer until bubbly.
  • 5Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
