Ingredients
- 4 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 28 ounces enchilada sauce
- 1 1/4 cups sour cream
- 9 - corn tortillas (6 inch) cut into 1 1/2 " pieces
- 4 cups monterey jack cheese
How To Make chicken enchilada bake

Step 1Cook chicken or buy a cooked rotisserie chicken

Step 2In a greased 13" x 9" baking dish , layer half of the chicken, enchilada sauce, sour cream, tortillas and cheese.

Step 3Repeat layers.

Step 4Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes or longer until bubbly.

Step 5Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
