my family loves this dish! I have switched it up by using hamburger & cheddar cheese. It's a fun and easy way to get rid of leftovers

prep time 20 Min
cook time 45 Min
method Bake
yield 4-6 two-three rolls each

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 2 cups chicken ( leftover or rotisserie) diced
  • 1 can mushrooms diced fine
  • 1 medium onion diced fine
  • 1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
  • 4 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 cans crescent rolls

How To Make chicken cordon blue cassarole

  • Step 1
    Pre heat oven to 375f, grease a rectangle bake dish I use a 10 x 14
  • Step 2
Dice, chicken, ham, onions, mushroom, (I use a little ninja for onions & mushrooms).
  • This is made with leftovers so truly measurements are different every time but this, is a fun one to play with
    Step 3
Mix all diced ingrendents plus the Swiss cheese in a large bowl, and set aside.
  • Put as much as you can in each one! The idea is to get rid of your left overs.
    Step 4
Open crescent rolls, take two at a time, lay side by side, over lapping to make a large triangle.
  • Step 5
Fold large ends in ( like a burrito) and roll as you would a crescent roll. Place in pan, I put three rows of four
  • Step 6
Mix 4 cans of soup with 1 cup of milk stir and pour over rolls. ** you can add left over veggies, frozen peas, what ever you have on hand **
  • Step 7
Heat for 40-50 min or until crescent puff up and turn golden brown.
  • Step 8
Serve with vegetables , and a salad for a delisous meal
