How To Make chicken cordon bleu
-
Step 1I like to butter fly the chicken but you can pound it out.
-
Step 2Place the ham and cheese and thyme on the chicken.
-
Step 3Roll the chicken as tight as you can.
-
Step 4Wrap in plastic wrap and put in the freezer for about two hours. This will make it easier to bread.
-
Step 5Now it's time to bread the chicken. Flour, egg, bread crumbs.
-
Step 6Then deep fry for two minutes.
-
Step 7Now bake in a 350 oven for about 35 minutes or until the internal temperature is over 165.
-
Step 8And enjoy.
