chicken cordon bleu casserole
My daughter loves Chicken Cordon Bleu, me personally well blech but being a good mama... I beat the chicken then the slice of ham then the cheese, roll it so it stays in, then dip and bread and fry and oh Lord let me go to bed for supper. Well this casserole satisfies her Bleu tooth (play on words there0 and I can push it around the plate and eat my veggies and everyone is happy.

Ingredients
- 1 package (6 ounce) chicken flavored stuffing mix
- 1 can (10 3/4) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 4 - boneless,skinless cooked chicken breasts ( simmered mine)
- 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 cups cooked chopped ham
- 6-12 slices swiss cheese
How To Make chicken cordon bleu casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 375ºF. Dice cooked chicken breasts. Make stuffing as directed on box and set aside.

Step 2Mix soup and mustard in medium bowl; stir in chicken, broccoli and ham.

Step 3Spoon into 2-qt. casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheese slices and stuffing

Step 4Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until heated through.
