Ingredients

2 lbchicken tenders

1 stickbutter
-
2 cbisquick
-
2 cmilk
-
2 can(s)cream of chicken soup

1 can(s)chicken broth
-
·garlic powder, to taste

·onion powder, to taste

·panko bread crumbs
-
·parmesan cheese
-
1 pkgfrozen broccoli, thawed
How to Make Chicken, Broccoli and Dumpling Casserole
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Melt stick of butter in 9 x 13 pan. Make sure to layer the ingredients in the following order.
- Cut chicken tenders into small pieces, spread evenly over melted butter, season with poultry seasoning, onion powder and garlic powder to taste.
- Spread broccoli over top of chicken layer.
- Mix together bisquick mix and milk and gently pour over broccoli.
- Blend cream of chicken soup and chicken broth and pour slowly over the top.
- Top with panko bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
- Bake a 400 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes and serve.
