I found a recipe I thought was interesting, but had to put my own spin on it. The family said it is definitely a "keeper".

Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken tenders
- 1 stick butter
- 2 cups bisquick
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can chicken broth
- - garlic powder, to taste
- - onion powder, to taste
- - panko bread crumbs
- - parmesan cheese
- 1 package frozen broccoli, thawed
How To Make chicken, broccoli and dumpling casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Melt stick of butter in 9 x 13 pan. Make sure to layer the ingredients in the following order.

Step 2Cut chicken tenders into small pieces, spread evenly over melted butter, season with poultry seasoning, onion powder and garlic powder to taste.

Step 3Spread broccoli over top of chicken layer.

Step 4Mix together bisquick mix and milk and gently pour over broccoli.

Step 5Blend cream of chicken soup and chicken broth and pour slowly over the top.

Step 6Top with panko bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.

Step 7Bake a 400 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes and serve.
