- 2 - boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1-2 tablespoon sherry
How To Make chicken breasts in sour cream sauce

Step 1Smash chicken breasts with mallet to break up tissue.

Step 2Place butter and smashed garlic in frying pan. Cook on low for one minute

Step 3Add chicken and cook medium until white. Cover and cook until done, 10 -12 minutes. Let pan cool while keeping chicken warm elsewhere. Mix 1 Tbls of pan juice with sour cream and sherry. Heat gently and serve over chicken.
