Ingredients

  • 2 - boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1-2 tablespoon sherry

How To Make chicken breasts in sour cream sauce

  • Step 1
    Smash chicken breasts with mallet to break up tissue.
  • Step 2
    Place butter and smashed garlic in frying pan. Cook on low for one minute
  • Step 3
    Add chicken and cook medium until white. Cover and cook until done, 10 -12 minutes. Let pan cool while keeping chicken warm elsewhere. Mix 1 Tbls of pan juice with sour cream and sherry. Heat gently and serve over chicken.
