How to Make Chicken Breasts in sour cream sauce
- 1Smash chicken breasts with mallet to break up tissue.
- 2Place butter and smashed garlic in frying pan. Cook on low for one minute
- 3Add chicken and cook medium until white. Cover and cook until done, 10 -12 minutes. Let pan cool while keeping chicken warm elsewhere. Mix 1 Tbls of pan juice with sour cream and sherry. Heat gently and serve over chicken.
