How to Make Chicken Breasts in sour cream sauce


  1. Smash chicken breasts with mallet to break up tissue.
  2. Place butter and smashed garlic in frying pan. Cook on low for one minute
  3. Add chicken and cook medium until white. Cover and cook until done, 10 -12 minutes. Let pan cool while keeping chicken warm elsewhere. Mix 1 Tbls of pan juice with sour cream and sherry. Heat gently and serve over chicken.
