chicken bacon ranch potato casserole
This was originally a potato casserole recipe. I added the chicken breast to make it more of a dinner casserole. Serve with a veggie or salad on the side.

Ingredients
- 2 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, cooked and diced
- 1 - containers sour cream, 16 oz.
- 2 packages ranch style dressing mix
- 2 bags bacon bits (2.5-3 oz. bag) real bacon
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 bag hash brown potatoes, frozen
How To Make chicken bacon ranch potato casserole

Step 1Mix first 7 ingredients. Add hash browns and mix until potatoes are coated.

Step 2Spread in 13x9 casserole sprayed with cooking spray.

Step 3Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 45-60 minutes.
