Trying to figure out what to make for dinner one night and just threw this together with items I had on hand. Didn't expect the reaction I got from the kids! They loved it so much it's become a favorite!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

This is an amazing casserole! This is hearty, creamy and bursting with flavor from chunks of bacon throughout the dish. The bacon, ranch and cheese combo is perfect. The pasta is cooked al dente so it stays nice and firm in the baking process. The cheesy bacon topping is perfect enough but adding the French fried onions makes this amazing. This will be a hit for a potluck... trust me it will disappear. Test Kitchen Avatar The Test Kitchen
