Chicken, Asiago & Spicy Mango Mayo Sandwich

Wanted something a little different on the grill. Chicken and mango pair well together as asiago and mango, And the spicy mango mayo is to die for. I made extra mayo for cold turkey sandwiches. With the leftover chicken I made a chicken mango salad!

    mango sliced
  • 1 c
  • 1
    jalapenos, fresh seeded
  • 1 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
  • ·
    fresh cilantro

  • 2 large
    chicken breast
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    apple cider vinegar
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1-2 Tbsp
    fresh cilantro

  • ·
    shredded asiago cheese
  • 2
    fresh kaiser rolls
  • ·
    red onion
  • ·
    sliced mango

How to Make Chicken, Asiago & Spicy Mango Mayo Sandwich


  1. First combine all mayo ingredients and mix together in food processor. Store in refrigerator up to a week.
  2. Combine all marinate for chicken and add chicken to a ziplock and pour marninade over, seal and refrigerate for 4 hours.
    Remove, discard marinade. Grill chicken on grill till done, last few minutes cover with asiago cheese and close lid til melted.
  3. Now build Your sandwich.
    First mayo, then chicken breast with melted cheese, top with red onion & mango slice (optional) & more spicy mayo!
