I took someone else's recipe and made it into this. My husband loved it, couldn't get over how easy it was to prepare and cook.

How to Make Chicken and Sausage Fajitas

Step-by-Step

  1. Chop the potatoes, sausage. Slice the peppers, onions, and chicken. Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl, coat well with the olive oil.
  2. Place the ingredients either in a greased 9 x 13 baking pan, or a large greased baking sheet. Sprinkle the fajita mix all over. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
  3. You can warm the tortillas in a non stick pan, for a minute on each side. I add sour cream and salsa to my fajitas. You can add or take away what you don't like. This recipe is very versatile.
