chicken and sausage fajitas

I took someone else's recipe and made it into this. My husband loved it, couldn't get over how easy it was to prepare and cook.

Ingredients

  • 1 package smoked sausage, chopped
  • 4-5 - potatoes, chopped
  • 1-2 - bell peppers, sliced; red and green
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 package fajita seasoning
  • 3 large skinless, boneless, chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 package flour tortillas
  • 1 small jar, banana peppers

How To Make chicken and sausage fajitas

  • Step 1
    Chop the potatoes, sausage. Slice the peppers, onions, and chicken. Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl, coat well with the olive oil.
  • Step 2
    Place the ingredients either in a greased 9 x 13 baking pan, or a large greased baking sheet. Sprinkle the fajita mix all over. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
  • Step 3
    You can warm the tortillas in a non stick pan, for a minute on each side. I add sour cream and salsa to my fajitas. You can add or take away what you don't like. This recipe is very versatile.
