- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise dressing
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3 large hard boiled eggs
- 1/3 cup almonds, slivered
