Ingredients

3 clove
garlic choped fine
1
onion chopped fine
1 small
green pepper chopped fine
2 Tbsp
olive oil
3 c
chicken broth
2 c
water
1/2 c
uncooked rice
1
roasted chicken deboned cutt into bite size portions
3 c
any frozen veggis( i used carrots, snow peas and boccolic
2 Tbsp
butter

Step-By-Step

1Cook garlic,onion,and green pepper in olive oil untill tender
2Add chicken broth, and water bring to a simmer.
Salt and pepper to taste
3When brought to a simmer add the rice, frozen veggies and chicken. Cover and let simmer for 20 minutes.
When done add the butter, stir untill melted.
4I normaly top my soups and chili with crushed ritz crackers, cheese and sour cream
