Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic choped fine
- 1 - onion chopped fine
- 1 small green pepper chopped fine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup uncooked rice
- 1 - roasted chicken deboned cutt into bite size portions
- 3 cups any frozen veggis( i used carrots, snow peas and boccolic
- 2 tablespoons butter
How To Make chicken and rice soup with veggis

Step 1Cook garlic,onion,and green pepper in olive oil untill tender

Step 2Add chicken broth, and water bring to a simmer. Salt and pepper to taste

Step 3When brought to a simmer add the rice, frozen veggies and chicken. Cover and let simmer for 20 minutes. When done add the butter, stir untill melted.

Step 4I normaly top my soups and chili with crushed ritz crackers, cheese and sour cream
