- 14 ounces low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups minute brown rice, uncooked
- 1 tablespoon mrs. dash salt-free lemon pepper seasoning blend
- 1 tablespoon mrs. dash salt-free onion & herb seasoning blend
- 2 cans cooked chicken, diced
- 4 cups fresh baby spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
How To Make chicken and rice florentine

Step 1Bring chicken broth to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add rice, Mrs. Dash® Seasoning Blends and chicken. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit 5 minutes. Add spinach and stir until wilted. Serve topped with Parmesan cheese.
