chicken and rice
I grew up eating this it's very simple, I would never of even thought about sharing the recipe but I seen something similar on a blog and thought well if they are sharing that maybe someone would like to find out about this one. My family enjoys it and I hope yours will to. So here it is!

Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless chicken
- 1 1/2 cups instant rice
- CHOOSE 2 CANS OF A CREAM OF... SOUP. I LIKE TO GET 2 DIFFERENT ONES AND MIX THEM.
- 2 cans cream of soup (chicken, mushroom, celery)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 can chicken broth
- OPTIONAL**
- 1 cup veggie's
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs, seasoned**
How To Make chicken and rice

Step 1In a frying pan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and cook the chunks of boneless chicken

Step 2In a large bowl, combine soups, broth, melted butter and rice, stir until well blended.

Step 3Pour mixture into a lightly greased 4 quart casserole dish.

Step 4Sprinkle Chicken (and veggies if you used some) over rice, mixture gently stir in just to coat.

Step 5**optional** Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.

Step 6bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 50 -60 minutes.
