Ingredients

  • 12 - oz. package of egg noodles
  • 8 - oz. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 - green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 - med. to lg. onion, diced
  • 1 - carrot, grated
  • 2 - garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 - tsp. salt
  • 1 - tsp. black pepper
  • 4 - cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 - can cream of chicken soup
  • 1-1/2 - cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1-1/2 - soup cans of milk
  • 1/2 - cup white wine
  • 3/4 - cup shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make chicken and noodle casserole

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400.
  • Step 2
    Saute onion, garlic, green pepper, mushrooms and carrot in some butter and olive oil until tender.
  • Step 3
    In a large mixing bowl, combine soup, milk, salt, pepper, wine and cheese. Whisk until blended.
  • Step 4
    Boil noodles until done. Mix together the noodles, sauted veggies and soup mixture. Heat in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes or until bubbling.
