boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1 small
onion,chopped
3/4 c
celery, chopped ( about 3 ribs )
1 large
egg
1/2 tsp
poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
1 tube(s)
canned buttermilk biscuits

How to Make Chicken and Mini Dumplings

Step-by-Step

  • 14 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2Place chicken pieces in a 9x13 sprayed pan.
  • 3In a bowl, combine soup, celery, onion, egg and seasonings. Mix until blended.
  • 4Cut each biscuit into 8 or 10 small pieces, then add to bowl and stir gently.
  • 5Pour sauce evenly over chicken
  • 6Bake for about 1 hour, until chicken is done and biscuit pieces have puffed and browned.
  • 7Serves: 4
