Ingredients
- 4 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small onion,chopped
- 3/4 cup celery, chopped ( about 3 ribs )
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tube canned buttermilk biscuits
How To Make chicken and mini dumplings

Step 14 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Step 2Place chicken pieces in a 9x13 sprayed pan.

Step 3In a bowl, combine soup, celery, onion, egg and seasonings. Mix until blended.

Step 4Cut each biscuit into 8 or 10 small pieces, then add to bowl and stir gently.

Step 5Pour sauce evenly over chicken

Step 6Bake for about 1 hour, until chicken is done and biscuit pieces have puffed and browned.
