Ingredients

  • 4
    boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small
    onion,chopped
  • 3/4 c
    celery, chopped ( about 3 ribs )
  • 1 large
    egg
  • 1/2 tsp
    poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 tube(s)
    canned buttermilk biscuits

How to Make Chicken and Mini Dumplings

Step-by-Step

  1. 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  2. Place chicken pieces in a 9x13 sprayed pan.
  3. In a bowl, combine soup, celery, onion, egg and seasonings. Mix until blended.
  4. Cut each biscuit into 8 or 10 small pieces, then add to bowl and stir gently.
  5. Pour sauce evenly over chicken
  6. Bake for about 1 hour, until chicken is done and biscuit pieces have puffed and browned.
  7. Serves: 4
