chicken and dressing casserole
Saw this recipe on back of a Stove Top dressing box and added a few ingredients of my own..my family loved it. Will make again..

Ingredients
- 14 ounces can petite diced tomatoes , undrained
- 6 ounces pkg. of stove top dressing for chicken
- 2 tablespoons garlic paste,divided
- 3/4 cup chicken broth or water
- 1 large ear of roasted corn on cob,kernels cut off and cob scraped
- 2 - boneless,skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 tablespoon dried basil leaves
- 1 1/4 cups shredded colby jack cheese
How To Make chicken and dressing casserole

Step 1Heat oven to 400^. Spray a 3 quart casserole dish with butter spray..set aside.

Step 2In a medium bowl mix stuffing mix, tomatoes, broth and 1 Tablespoon garlic paste just until stuffing is moistened.

Step 3In another bowl combine raw chicken pieces, basil, corn and cheese, mix well. Add chicken mixture to the prepared casserole dish.

Step 4Top with stuffing mixture. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and stir just the stuffing mixture to get more topping to brown and get that delicious crunch. Turn oven to 350^ and bake for 10 minutes more or until chicken is done.
