Chicken and Broccoli with Bow Tie Pasta

·¼ cup olive oil
·2 cloves garlic, minced
·½ pound of boneless and skinless chicken breast halves, cut ½ inch thick
·2 cups broccoli flowerets
·1 cup cherry tomamtoes, halved
·1 teaspoon fresh basil,chopped
·salt and pepper to taste
·½ cup dry white wine
·1 tablespoon butter
·½ pound of bow tie pasta, cooked and drained
·parmesan cheese, freshly grated
How to Make Chicken and Broccoli with Bow Tie Pasta
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook pasta according to directions on package.
- Add garlic to skillet and Sauté the for 1 minute; add chicken strips. Sauté until chicken is completely cooked.
- Add the cherry tomatoes, basil, salt, pepper, wine, butter, and the broccoli. Cook mixture for 3-5 minutes, or until heated thoroughly and broccoli is crisp-tender.
- Toss the cooked pasta with the chicken mixture. Serve with fresh parmesan cheese.
