chicken and broccoli with bow tie pasta
A nice simple chicken dish. This can be made into a even quicker and easier meal by using left over cooked chicken or turkey. Add some garlic sticks and a glass of wine--you got dinner!

- - ¼ cup olive oil
- - 2 cloves garlic, minced
- - ½ pound of boneless and skinless chicken breast halves, cut ½ inch thick
- - 2 cups broccoli flowerets
- - 1 cup cherry tomamtoes, halved
- - 1 teaspoon fresh basil,chopped
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - ½ cup dry white wine
- - 1 tablespoon butter
- - ½ pound of bow tie pasta, cooked and drained
- - parmesan cheese, freshly grated
How To Make chicken and broccoli with bow tie pasta

Step 1In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook pasta according to directions on package.

Step 2Add garlic to skillet and Sauté the for 1 minute; add chicken strips. Sauté until chicken is completely cooked.

Step 3Add the cherry tomatoes, basil, salt, pepper, wine, butter, and the broccoli. Cook mixture for 3-5 minutes, or until heated thoroughly and broccoli is crisp-tender.

Step 4Toss the cooked pasta with the chicken mixture. Serve with fresh parmesan cheese.
