I first received this recipe from a co- worker of my aunt. I made it and my family loved it. I do not have kids yet but I think this would be kid friendly. Unfortunately, this recipe is not exactly something you would want to make all the time since it does call for a stick of butter but we still love to have it when I do make it. Hope you enjoy!!

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

  • 1- 1 1/2 lb
    boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 1 8 oz
    bar of cream cheese
  • 1 10 3/4 oz
    can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg
    good seasonings italian salad dressing & recipe mix

How to Make Cheesy Crock Pot Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Wash chicken breast and set in bottom of crock pot(salt & pepper if desired.)
  2. In small pot melt butter and cream cheese.
  3. Add soup plus a half can of water and mix everything together.
  4. Add seasoning packet and stir until well mixed.
  5. Pour contents of pot over chicken in crock pot.
  6. Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours.
  7. Serve over rice or noodles.
