Cheesy Chicken Casserole
·1 rotisisserie chicken
·1 can chicken and mushroom soup
·8 oz. sour cream
·1/4 tsp. pepper
·1 pkg. shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
·25 round buttery crackers, coarsely crushed
How to Make Cheesy Chicken Casserole
- Preheat oven to 350. Remove chicken from bones; discard bones and skin. Shred chicken. Stir together chicken, soup, sour cream, pepper and 1 1/2 cups cheese; spoon mixture into a lightly greased 2 quart baking dish.
- Mix remaining 1/2 cup cheese and cracker crumbs; sprinkle evenly over top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or til bubbly. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
