Ingredients

2 - boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup mayonaise
1/4 teaspoon garlic and herb seasoning
1/4 teaspoon cajun seasoning
1/2 tube butter crackers (i used ritz)
1/2 cup grated cheese

How To Make cheesey chicken for two

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 deg. Prepare pan with cooking spray. Cut chicken breasts into thirds.

Step 2

Mix mayo and spices together, then coat piece of chicken with mayo combination. Roll coated chicken in cheese, pressing the cheese to bind to chicken. Roll in crushed Ritz crackers and press tightly to bind to the cheese coated chicken. pieces.
Step 3

Place chicken into prepared pan. Bake at 350 deg until juices run clear. Approximately 30-45 min.
