Good and not at all difficult. This is one of those go to when I am looking for something we haven't had in a while.

prep time 15 Min
cook time 20 Min
method Bake
yield 4 serving(s)

Ingredients

  • 1 can chunk chicken breast in water, drained (or 2 cups cubed cooked chicken)
  • 1/2 cup shreddded mozzarella cheese or italian cheese blend
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon bacon bits
  • 2 tablespoons regular or reduced -fat caesar dressing
  • 1 tablespoon regular or light mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • GARNISH
  • 1/4 cup caesar dressing
  • 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce

How To Make caesar chicken salad squares

  • Step 1
Heat oven to 375. In medium bowl, mix all filling ingredients until well combined.
  • Step 2
Unroll dough; separate into 4 rectangles. Place on ungreased cookie sheet; press each into 6x4 inch rectangle, firmly pressing perforations to seal. Spoon about 1/2 cup chicken mixture onto center of each dough rectangle. With knife, cut each corner of each rectangle from edge to within 1/2 inch of filling. Bring the points of each corner up and over filling. Firmly pinch to seal forming a square.
  • Step 3
Bake at 375 for 16-21 minutes or until deep golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet. Garnish each with 1 Tablespoon Caesar dressing and 1/4 cup shredded lettuce.
