Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
buffalo hot wing sauce (frank's redhot, etc)
  • 2 clove
    chopped garlic
  • 2 tsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp
    seafood seasoning
  • 3-4 lb
    skinless chicken breasts

How to Make Buffalo Blast Chicken Swewers

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine first four ingredients, reserve some. Slice chicken breasts into 1"-11/2" slices. I can usually get 3 slices from one chicken breast. Marinade chicken in the refrigerator for 24hrs. (I use a gallon zip lock bag) Soak wooden skewers for 5 min. in cold water. Thread chicken slices onto skewers. Broil or cook on grill (high heat) for approx. 10 min. or until done, turning once. Brush with reserved sauce mixture while cooking. Serve with dipping sauce if desired.
