These are easy to make, just enough hot to make under your eyes sweat, but not so hot is isn't tasty. These are liked by my whole family, especially the girls!!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup buffalo hot wing sauce (frank's redhot, etc)
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning
- 3-4 pounds skinless chicken breasts
How To Make buffalo blast chicken swewers

Step 1Combine first four ingredients, reserve some. Slice chicken breasts into 1"-11/2" slices. I can usually get 3 slices from one chicken breast. Marinade chicken in the refrigerator for 24hrs. (I use a gallon zip lock bag) Soak wooden skewers for 5 min. in cold water. Thread chicken slices onto skewers. Broil or cook on grill (high heat) for approx. 10 min. or until done, turning once. Brush with reserved sauce mixture while cooking. Serve with dipping sauce if desired.
