shredded cheddar cheese
1Preheat oven to 350. Make can of cheddar cheese soup mix according to package directions (one can of soup mix to one can of milk)
2Pour 3/4 of the prepared soup over the chicken breasts. Put broccoli on top of chicken. Melt butter and combine with crackers Ritz crackers. Sprinkle over broccoli.
3Add remaining soup mix, and bake 45 minutes or until chicken is done. When you remove chicken from oven, sprinkle with the shredded cheddar cheese.
