    chicken breast, boneless & skinless
  • 1/2
    onion, chopped
  • 1/2
    green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2
    red pepper, chopped
  • 2
    garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 tsp
    capers
  • 1 Tbsp
    complete seasoning
  • 1 can(s)
    tomato sauce
  • 1 c
    sherry wine
  • ·
    salt/pepper to taste
  • 1 large
    potato, peeled and cubed

How to Make Boneless Chicken Fricasse in Sherry Wine

Step-by-Step

  1. cut the chicken breasts into cubes and season with the seasoning.
  2. in a sauté pan brown the chicken cubes a couple mins ,add the onions, peppers, garlic, combine well.
  3. add in the tomato sauce, sherry wine, capers as well as salt and pepper
  4. add in the cubed pealed potatoes and simmer about 30 mins....serve with white rice
