Ingredients
- 1-2 pound chicken breast, boneless & skinless
- 1/2 - onion, chopped
- 1/2 - green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 - red pepper, chopped
- 2 - garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon capers
- 1 tablespoon complete seasoning
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 cup sherry wine
- - salt/pepper to taste
- 1 large potato, peeled and cubed
How To Make boneless chicken fricasse in sherry wine

Step 1cut the chicken breasts into cubes and season with the seasoning.

Step 2in a sauté pan brown the chicken cubes a couple mins ,add the onions, peppers, garlic, combine well.

Step 3add in the tomato sauce, sherry wine, capers as well as salt and pepper

Step 4add in the cubed pealed potatoes and simmer about 30 mins....serve with white rice
