- 1 - chicken whole
- 1 - beer
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/4 cup complete seasoning powder
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 cup parsley , fresh
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup schiracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
How To Make beer butter roasted chicken

Step 1Season whole chicken with complete seasoning powder, divide butter and put inside the chicken breast, under skin.

Step 2place in a baking pan..pour a can of beer and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour...or till golden brown and cooked through depending on your oven,basting at least twice.

Step 3meanwhile chop the onion and parsley together and mix with the olive oil...also mix the hoisin and schiracha....

Step 4take chicken out and let rest a few minutes, shred entire chicken....pour the parsley/onion on top and serve with the hoisin/schiracha mix....Delicious....serve with rice, pasta or potatoes
