Ingredients
- 3 pounds chicken breast skinless and boneless
- 3/4 cup chopped onions small dice
- 3/4 cup sweet red peppers chopped
- 11/2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 12 ounces beer ( heinken i prefer)
- 4 cups extra thick barbecue sauce
How To Make beer & barbecue chicken ( crockpot)

Step 1Place peppers and onions into crockpot

Step 2Place chicken on top

Step 3Mix the beer and barbecue sauce with salt and smoked paprika And garlic

Step 4Cook on Low for about four hours then remove chicken and shredd with two forks Return and cook about four more hours in sauce

Step 5OR on high about 4 hours

Step 6Remove lid and allow about 20- 30 Minutes heat off to thicken

Step 7Serve on toasted buns with cole slaw OR Great on nachos with melted shredded cheese ( I add some drained diced jalapeños too!)
