Serve this as a sandwich covered in coleslaw
OR on a toasted bun with shredded cheddar!'
You will make this again and again!
It's just delicious !

Slow Cooker Crock Pot


3 lb
chicken breast skinless and boneless
3/4 c
chopped onions small dice
3/4 c
sweet red peppers chopped
11/2 tsp
smoked paprika
1 Tbsp
minced garlic
1 tsp
kosher salt
12 oz
beer ( heinken i prefer)
4 c
extra thick barbecue sauce


1Place peppers and onions into crockpot
2Place chicken on top
3Mix the beer and barbecue sauce with salt and smoked paprika
And garlic
4Cook on Low for about four hours then remove chicken and shredd with two forks
Return and cook about four more hours in sauce
5OR on high about 4 hours
6Remove lid and allow about 20- 30
Minutes heat off to thicken
7Serve on toasted buns with cole slaw
Great on nachos with melted shredded cheese
( I add some drained diced jalapeƱos too!)
