1-1/2 lbground beef

8 ozcream cheese

1 can(s)smashed black beans (bush's)

8flour tortillas, burrito size
-
1 1/2 cmedium salsa(pace)
-
3/4 cmeduim taco sauce
-
1 mediumonion,diced
-
1/21 Tbspcumin
-
1/2 Tbspblack pepper
-
1 Tbspchili powder
-
1/2 Tbspmexican hot chili powder
-
1/4 tspcayenne pepper
-
1 cshredded mexican cheese
How to Make Beef Burr-adas
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Brown beef with onions & spices until no longer pink. Drain.
- While thats working, dice cream cheese into a microwave safe bowl & add 1/2 cup of salsa & 1/4 cup taco sauce. Stir to combine. Microwave for 1-2 minutes just to heat enough to melt cream cheese. Stir well. Add to beef mixture & mix well.
- Warm tortillas in microwave for 1 minute in damp paper towel to make them easier to roll.
- Spray 9X13 casserole dish with cooking spray. Add remaining taco sauce to bottom of pan.
- Add remaing salsa over rolls. Sprinkle cheese over all.
