beef and cabbage stir fry
Someone gave my husband a head of cabbage and unless I am making soup I did not know what to do with it! This is what I came up with! My husband loved it so much I had to make it again to use up the other half of cabbage.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 small onion diced
- 1/2 to 1 pounds thinly shredded beef (can used cubed beef or cubed chicked)
- 1/2 small small head cabbage shredded
- 2 large 1 red and 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon corn startch
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 package beef bouillon (or chicken if that is the meat used)
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
How To Make beef and cabbage stir fry

Step 1Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, and add oil. Saute garlic and onion for about 5 seconds, then add beef (or chicken). Stir-fry until beef is evenly brown. Stir in cabbage and pepper, and cook until vegetables are tender, and beef is fully cooked.

Step 2Mix together cornstarch, soy sauce, water, and bouillon. Add and stir into beef and cabbage. Season with pepper. Cook, stirring, until sauce has thickened.

Step 3Serve over cooked White Rice
