Ingredients
- - 8 boneless chicken thighs – cut into chunks
- - 3 bell peppers – any color – sliced into chunks
- - 1 ½ large onions – sliced into large pieces
- - kabob sticks – soaked in water for at least 10 minutes before using
- - for the marinade
- - 2 cloves of garlic – chopped
- - juice of 2 limes
- - 1 tsp. turmeric
- - 1 tsp. ground coriander
- - 1 tsp. salt
- - ½ tsp. black pepper
- - ½ tsp. paprika
- - 2 tsp. chopped fresh basil
- - 3 tbs. vegetable oil
- - tzatziki sauce:
- - 10 oz. sour cream
- - 1 small cucumber
- - 1- 2 cloves of garlic
- - juice of ½ lemon
- - ½ tsp. salt
- - ½ tsp. black pepper
- - 3 - 4 tbs. fresh dill
How To Make bbq chicken kabobs

Step 1For Marinade and Kabobs Combine all of the above for the marinade and place in a container with the chicken. Let this marinade for 1 hour or up to overnight. Alternate the chicken with the peppers and onions on the kabob sticks. Barbeque on the grill until the juices of the chicken run clear. Tzatziki Sauce Combine all of the above in a blender and give a few good chops. Serve as a dipping sauce with the chicken kabobs.
