2-3 lbchicken legs
2eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 corange juice, fresh
1 1/2 ccracker meal
1 Tbspshredded orange peal
How to Make Baked Orange Chicken
- Rinse chicken, pat dry. Melt butter in 9x13 baking dish in 400 degree oven. Remove pan from oven.
- Dip chicken legs into mixture of egg and orange juice, then into mixture of cracker meal, paprika, peel and 1 teaspoon salt. Turn chicken in butter to coat; arrange skin side down (don't crowd).
- Bake at 400 for 30 minutes. Turn chicken. Bake 30 minutes. Turn chicken one more time, bake an additional 15 minutes.
