I found this recipe several years back and my family and i love these. Don't add salt to these you do not need it.

Ingredients

  • 5 - chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
  • 15 - strips of bacon
  • - garlic powder
  • - chili powder
  • - teriyaki sauce, not with pineapple juice
  • - toothpicks

How To Make bacon wrapped chicken strips

  • Step 1
    Cut chicken breast into 3 long piece per breast, wrap each strip with one piece of bacon using toothpicks at each end to hold bacon. I usually do this when chicken is about half frozen, its easier to cut into strips and to put bacon on. Put all in a dish and sprinkle with garlic powder and chili powder (as much as you like) i usually give it a good coating of chili powder and less garlic powder but its what you like. Then add teriyaki to cover . I do this in the morning i will have these for dinner so they can marinate all day.Turn occasionally though the day. You can grill these or place on a baking sheet covered in foil and bake at 350 for about 30-45 minutes.
