I really like to use the cilantro lime chicken in these wraps. I use the Mission brand wraps.

Ingredients

  • 2
    cooked chicken breasts
  • 4
    9 inch whole wheat wraps
  • 2
    roma tomatoes, diced
  • 4 Tbsp
    mayonnaise, light
  • 2 c
    shredded romaine lettuce
  • 2 medium
    avocados, peeled, pitted and diced
  • 1 c
    mexican blend cheese, shredded

How to Make Avocado Chicken Wraps

Step-by-Step

  1. Cube the chicken into small pieces.
  2. Spread each wrap with 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise.
  3. In center of each wrap, place 1/4 of the chicken, avocado, tomato, lettuce and cheese.
  4. Roll each wrap. Cut each in half to eat.
